Stroll through the shops and booth displays, enjoy live music, and delicious seasonal treats! Sunday is Family Day complete with the Children’s Art Factory mini makers market, Santa Claus, a Balloon Artist to entertain, and much more.

3rd Annual Chanukah Celebration at Guelph City Hall
December 2 — 5:30pm-7:00pm
Celebrate the joy of Chanukah with the annual menorah lighting and festivities at City Hall.
Come and enjoy delicious latkes and donuts, make your own dreidels, decorate cookies, and listen to live music.
This family-friendly event is tons of fun for everyone!
Mayor’s Christmas Tree Lighting
December 8 — 7:00pm-8:00pm
Join Mayor Cam Guthrie at the annual Christmas tree lighting event at Market Square.
Enjoy live entertainment, a holiday sing-along, and complimentary cocoa and cider as a kick-off to the festive season.
Donations will be collected in support of Toasty Toes.
Skating at Market Square
Once the weather gets cold enough, that means it’s time to strap on your skates and head to Market Square for some outdoor skating!
Featuring a natural ice rink and colourful lighting, Market Square is the perfect place to enjoy some winter fun.
After you’re finished skating, stop in at one of the wonderful neighbouring restaurants or cafés to take a break and warm up with a tasty hot chocolate!
